Project updates provide information on project progress between public meetings.

Postcard Mailings
Postcards advertising the three public meetings will be directly mailed to property owners in the vicinity of the interchange area as highlighted in the map to the right.
The project team is committed to inform as many interested individuals as possible. An electronic mailing list is being maintained and used to transmit project information via email. Click here to join the mailing list
Newsletters
Newsletters will be prepared prior to each of the three planned public meetings to describe the study progress and summarize analyses and findings to date. Newsletters will be posted here, emailed to the electronic mailing list, and hard copies will be provided to Arapahoe County, CDOT Region 6, City of Centennial, City of Greenwood Village, and Arapahoe Library District’s Castlewood Library for their distribution.
To supplement the first project notice mailing, the first newsletter containing notification of Public Meeting #1 were hand delivered to business tenants in close proximity to the proposed improvements (see map to the right).
News Releases
News releases will be distributed to local media and agency Public Information Officers to announce each public meeting.
