Agency Coordination

Executive and Technical Committees

To foster communications, an Executive Committee (EC) and a Technical Committee (TC) have been formed. Senior elected officials of the oversight agencies serve on the EC. The TC includes technical staff from each of the oversight agencies, affected jurisdictions and support agencies. This is a similar committee structure to that implemented during the Arapahoe Road Corridor Study.

Resource Agency Coordination

Meetings will be held with various resource agencies to review findings and discuss permits or mitigation requirements.

Local Agency Briefings

The project includes briefings intended to disseminate project progress information to representatives of local entities.
